sultanova immigration

Sultanova Immigration Consulting is a professional Canadian immigration service founded by Zarina Sultanova. The brand needed a visual identity and website that reflected trust, expertise, and a meaningful connection to both Canada and the founder’s cultural background. I created a complete brand identity and web design system that balances professionalism with personal story.

The main challenge was defining a logo direction, as Zarina was unsure whether to use her initials or a symbolic mark. By presenting both options and crafting a culturally meaningful design - merging a maple leaf with Uzbek patterns - the final logo resonated strongly with her story and vision.

The outcome is a refined brand identity and fully optimized website that showcase trust, cultural authenticity, and a strong professional presence, helping her better connect with clients and grow her practice.

Adobe Illustrator - logo creation & identity system

Adobe Photoshop - packaging visualization & mockups

Figma - layout design, presentation & digital mockups

Pencil + Sketchbook - initial concept development

Wix - website development and design

I began by exploring various visual directions through hand-drawn sketches, focusing on two logo concepts: one built around the founder’s initials and another that incorporated symbolic elements. After researching cultural motifs and immigration symbolism, I combined a maple leaf with a traditional Uzbek pattern to create a logo that represents both Canadian opportunity and Zarina’s roots.

Once the identity was finalized, I developed a clean, modern design system with a professional color palette, typography, and supporting brand elements. I later designed and built the website, highlighting her move to Calgary by featuring local imagery and adding functional elements such as client reviews, contact features, and improved user flow for easier communication.
