Emline Home is a Canadian brand rooted in slow living, offering natural soy candles and thoughtfully crafted home décor accents. Their philosophy centers on creating a serene, grounding atmosphere where simplicity, intention, and mindful moments take priority.

For this project, I developed a cohesive visual and digital presence that reflects Emline’s calming ethos. This included the full brand identity, product packaging, and website design, as well as photography and social media assets. The result is a warm, minimalist brand experience that mirrors the tranquility Emline seeks to bring into every home.

The challenge was to create a brand identity that felt clean, elegant, and naturally inspired - reflecting Emline’s focus on sustainability and slow living. To achieve this, I crafted a minimal logo using the brand’s initials, “EM,” enhanced with subtle leaf illustrations to express its natural roots. A warm, balanced color palette and refined typography supported the calm, timeless feel.

For the website, I designed and built a fully optimized custom experience, including a uniquely styled shop page and an integrated newsletter system. Packaging was developed in a minimal black-and-white aesthetic to complement the brand’s ceramic and candle materials. The final result is a cohesive, elevated brand presence that communicates serenity and intentional living across all touchpoints.

I began by researching the brand’s core values - slow living, nature, and simplicity, to establish a clear creative direction. From there, I explored logo concepts through pencil sketches and refined the chosen mark in Adobe Illustrator, incorporating leaf motifs into the “EM” initials.

Once the identity foundations were set, I developed the visual system: typography, warm neutral color palette, packaging concepts, and overall brand tone.

Using Photoshop and Illustrator, I created product packaging and mockups that reflected the brand’s minimal aesthetic.

The next phase focused on digital presence. I designed and built a fully custom WordPress website, including a tailored shop page layout and smooth user flow, supported by a newsletter integration for growth. Finally, I completed product photography and social media assets to ensure a cohesive look across all platforms.
